Is Elf suitable for young children?
Elf is the perfect family show for children of any age. The incredible show-stopping moment when you see Santa’s sleigh flying in the arena is certain to spark your Christmas cheer, and will create lasting memories of the magic of Christmas.
What is the youngest age required for a ticket to see Elf?
As we are performing at different venues, each have their own age limit policy. Please see guidance below:
– Manchester Palace Theatre and Milton Keynes Theatre, no under 3’s will be admitted.
– Southampton Mayflower Theatre, minimum age is 2+. No under 2s will be admitted, and all must have a ticket.
– For all other venues, our general guidance is that children under 3 do not need their own ticket if they will be sat on a lap, however if they will be sat on a seat, then they will need their own ticket.
How long will each performance of Elf be, and is there an interval?
The runtime of Elf the Musical is 2 hours plus a 20 minute interval.
How early should I arrive before the performance of Elf begins?
In the arenas there will be pre-show entertainment starting up to one hour before the show is due to start, so make sure to arrive with plenty of time to get warmed up into the Christmas spirit!
I have booked Elf tickets, but need to change the date or time, how can I do this?
If you have purchased ELF The Musical tickets from our official ticketing partner Producer-Tix, you can email tickets@producer-tix.com and request your seats be moved. In some cases, an extra charge may occur if the exchanged tickets have a higher value. Equally, if the value is less you will receive a refund. There are no guarantees that swaps can be made, but Producer-Tix will do their best to accommodate your request.
